The Order Management system is a robust internal enterprise application tailored for businesses. It streamlines the procurement process, enabling companies to effortlessly place and track orders from various suppliers. Additionally, it simplifies the management of these purchases, coordinates nationwide shipment scheduling, and facilitates the issuance of invoices to suppliers. A key feature of this system is its communication capability, which includes a chat function, allowing suppliers to effortlessly engage with the company at any time. This application not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens the supply chain through improved interaction and collaboration.


Project Requirements:

  • Invoice Lifecycle Management: Generate, dispatch, and monitor invoices with real-time updates and status tracking.

  • Dynamic Order Update System: Real-time order modification capabilities with audit trails for changes.

  • Comprehensive Order Tracking: Advanced tracking of order progression from initiation to fulfillment.

  • Integrated Shipment Coordination: Centralized platform for scheduling, tracking, and adjusting shipments, featuring automated notifications and adjustments for delays.

  • Supplier Interaction Portal: A dedicated chat module for real-time communication with suppliers, including support for multimedia sharing and chat history.

  • Advanced Filtering System: Customizable filters for sorting and viewing orders by various parameters such as date, status, quantity, and more.
